Dudhsagar waterfalls, is a favorite destination among youngsters, teenagers, tourists where they often visit to ignite the adventurous spirits in them. The waterfall is located near Someshwar temple in Nashik and is one of the best spots in Nashik to take pictures.

Sightseeing in Dudhsagar :-

The name “Dhudsagar” means Ocean Of Milk and is inspired from the milky white water which comes from the waterfall. The waterfall is10m long and becomes more beautiful after monsoons as there is plenty of water in the falls and is enjoyed by everyone who visits the place. The rock has been carved properly for the people to get easily at the top.

How to reach :-

Railway :- There are number of trains available to reach Dudhsagar as it is in Nashik and it is one of the major stations in the Central Railway. There are many trains which are connected to Nashik and to other cities and towns.

Road :- Nashik is 185km from Mumbai and 220km from Pune. From Mumbai you can reach Nashik by NH-3 via Thane-Kasara-Igatpuri. There is also a good frequency of private and state buses which will easily make you reach Nashik.

Local :- transport People who visit this place have many options like taxi, tourist cars, auto-rickshaws and vans which are easily available and are ideal for families.
